Dr. William Brooks is an orthopaedic surgeon based in Oak Ridge, TN, specializing in orthopaedic sports medicine. He completed his medical education at East Tennessee State University James H. Quillen College of Medicine in 2017 and furthered his training with a fellowship in orthopaedic sports medicine at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston in 2022. Dr. Brooks holds a BS in Biology from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, graduating cum laude. He is currently serving as an Orthopaedic Sports Medicine and Shoulder Fellow at the University of Texas Health Science Center and has been an orthopaedic surgeon at West Virginia University Hospitals since 2017.
