Dr. William Bloomer is a Radiation Oncologist based in Evanston, IL. He completed his residency at Brigham and Women's Hospital/Massachusetts General Hospital/Harvard Medical School, after an internship at Case Western Reserve University. Dr. Bloomer has held significant roles including Chairman of Radiation Medicine at Evanston Hospital since 1992, Chairman of Radiation Oncology at UPMC Presbyterian Shadyside, Chairman of Radiation Oncology at The Mount Sinai Hospital (NYC), and Associate Professor at Harvard Medical School. His research includes publications on radio-immunotherapy and breast irradiation. Recognized in 'Chicago Magazine: Top Doctors' numerous times, Dr. Bloomer is a Gold Medalist and Fellow of the American College of Radiation Oncology and the American College of Radiology.
