Overview of Dr. Berger

I am a physician double board certified in internal and obesity medicine with specialized training in aesthetic medicine as well. I am founder and medical director of Northeast Medical Practice in Great Neck, NY. At NMP, we aim to provide patients with a holistic form of care that prevents chronic disease before it starts and optimizes a patient’s external appearance as well. Our tools include primary care, weight management through lifestyle and medication as needed, as well as aesthetic care. In traditional healthcare, the patient is subjected to brief visits with a physician who does not have time to listen to the patient and truly hear their concerns. At NEMP, we strive to provide a health care experience like that of the family doctor of years ago who had time and authentically cared for his patients.
