Summary
- As a native Coloradan, I'm excited to come back home and join Nadora Healthcare as an Orthopaedic Hand and Upper Extremity Surgeon. I spent the past year in NYC with Mt. Sinai doing a fellowship in upper extremity surgery between jazz shows and pizza slices, and the previous 5 years as an Orthopaedic Surgery resident at UC Davis in between snowboarding and surfing adventures.
I studied film production and music at Duke University prior to staying at Duke for medical school, and still love making movies to teach surgical techniques and examinations to physicians across the country with a special focus on resource poor settings to spread surgical knowledge around the world. My films have taught surgeons to fix complicated wrist, hip, and congenital hand pathologies. I've also produced documentary films about HIV on Lake Victoria, Mayan Health Disparities in Guatemala, and Childhood Obesity in North Carolina.
I live in Ft. Collins with my wonderful wife Regina and our Bernedoodle Corleone and love to mountain bike, snowboard, backpack, play the piano, and watch scary movies.
I look forward to serving Northern Colorado as an Orthopaedic Upper Extremity surgeon, and helping to get people back to doing what they love after sports injuries, broken bones or any range of disorders or diseases that can develop in your hand, wrist, forearm, elbow, bicep or shoulder.
