- Dr. Whitney Pafford is a Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon serving the greater Milwaukee area. She completed both her Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery Residency and her Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Fellowship in New York City. A UW-Madison alum, she is happy to be back in Wisconsin near her family and friends at Quintessa Aesthetic Center. Dr. Pafford is an Air Force Veteran who ran the Facial Trauma and Reconstructive Surgery program while deployed to Afghanistan. She has a passion for humanitarian work and education. During her nine years of experience, Dr. Pafford has traveled to five continents to care for patients and lectured both nationally and internationally.
