- I am a psychiatrist and psychotherapist with an expertise in understanding mental health from multiple perspectives. These perspectives include genetic, biological, psychological, medical and trauma-informed. I believe that the most effective treatment is a partnership. As such, I work with patients to create unique and comprehensive treatment plans that align with their goals. I incorporate interventions such as medication, supplements, psychotherapy and nutritional counseling according to patient needs and wishes.
