Dr. Cornblath is the co-investigator in the Longitudinal Optic Neuritis Study involving patient follow-up after completion of the Optic Neuritis Treatment Trial and his other research interests include the diagnosis of giant cell arteritis and botulinum toxin treatment for headache. In addition to his appointment as Professor of Ophthalmology and Visual Sciences, Dr. Cornblath is a Professor of Neurology at the U-M Medical School.
