  • I am a primary care geriatrician, fellowship trained in hospice and palliative medicine with over 5 years experience in outpatient primary care and palliative care. Most recently, I have experience working in PACE (Program for All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) as a clinician and a physician leader.
