- I'm a global health physician with 8+ years specializing in pediatrics, emergency medicine, tropical medicine, public health, and humanitarian health. I can effectively manage multidisciplinary, multicultural teams in high-acuity settings. I am passionate about health systems strengthening, universal health coverage, global health equity, emergency care development, humanitarian emergencies, and migrant health. Currently, I am a Senior Fellow in Pediatric Emergency Medicine and Global Health at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, and a Research Fellow and Affiliate at the Geneva Centre of Humanitarian Studies. I'm also an Associate Fellow at the Center for Public Health Initiatives at the University of Pennsylvania, Associate Scholar in the Leonard Davis Institute of Health Economics, and Associate Scholar in the Center for Global Health at the University of Pennsylvania. I will be an Incoming Assistant Professor at the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine in August 2022.
