Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer of Innovista Health, a wholly owned subsidiary of Health Care Service Corporation (BCBS IL/MT/NM/OK/TX) focused on helping independent providers navigate value based care opportunities. Prior to Innovista, was Chief Health Officer for Circulo Health, a managed Medicaid insurance company providing tech-enabled, world-class care to the nation’s most underserved. Responsible for all clinical affairs including care management, utilization review, pharmacy, and quality assurance initiatives. Oversee vertically integrated primary care network in New York and Ohio markets, and support network adequacy and specialty referral requirements as well as essential and supplemental health benefits.

    Before Circulo, served as COO/CFO for SameSky Health (ConsejoSano, Inc.), a venture-backed, multicultural patient engagement platform for underserved populations in the US. Prior to SameSky, worked as COO for First Opinion, a venture-backed telemedicine company, and as Chief Medical Officer for A&K Global Health (Fortress Investment Group), a private equity portfolio company in the international medical travel industry. Previous experience in hospital operations/supply chain at top 100 community hospital system (Main Line Health System) and top 10 academic medical center (New York Presbyterian Hospital).

    Extensive digital health, health services, insurance, technology, telemedicine, and venture-funded business experience. Deep domain expertise in building and contracting with hospital networks as well as recruiting, training and managing physicians for clinical and non-clinical roles in over 14 countries globally.

    Serial social entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience leading a self-sustainable non-profit dedicated to improving maternal/pediatric health in the developing world with 97% of annual revenue generated from business operations (FIMRC, www.fimrc.org).
