Victor Pacheco-Fowler, MD, is an emergency medicine specialist located at Tripler Army Medical Center in Hawaii. He completed his emergency medicine residency at Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai (Morningside/West) from 1993 to 1996, following his internship in internal medicine at Richmond University Medical Center.
