    Dear Doctor Nazario:

    On behalf of the American College of Physicians (ACP), I am writing to congratulate you as a 2016 ACP Young Achiever.

    We have designed a program for the Internal Medicine Meeting called ACP Celebrates Young Achievers. This celebration was designed to ensure that all attendees to our meeting recognize and applaud your achievements.
