- Dr. Victor Elner is an oculoplastics specialist who sees patients at the University of Michigan Kellogg Eye Center in Ann Arbor. His clinical interests include the evaluation and treatment of eyelid and orbital tumors, thyroid (Graves') eye disease, eyelid and brow ptosis, eyelid malpositions, lacrimal system abnormalities, and comprehensive ophthalmic pathology.
In 2008, Dr. Elner was named the Ravitz Foundation Professor of Ophthalmology and Visual Sciences. He also serves as Professor of Pathology at the U-M Medical School.
