- Dr. Padmanaban earned his medical degree from Drexel University in Philadelphia where he was inducted to the Alpha Omega Alpha honors society. During medical school he was selected to participate in a dedicated year of NIH-funded research through the NIH Medical Research Scholars Program. Dr. Padmanaban is currently a 4th year neurosurgical resident at Penn State Milton S. Hershey Medical Center and will be an endovascular neurosurgery fellow at Massachusetts General Hospital from 2024 to 2026. His clinical and research interests include cerebrovascular and endovascular neurosurgery with a focus on institutional database/registry development, evidence based neurosurgery and advanced modeling in observational datasets. He is also passionate about medical education for both medical students and residents.
