  • I am a board-certified internist, hematologist, and oncologist. I serve as the Director of the Office of Translational Science at the National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute (NHLBI), where I lead efforts to bridge cutting-edge research with clinical applications. As Hematology/Oncology Core Faculty, I am passionate about advancing education and mentorship in the field. In my role as a Clinical Hematology Consultant, I provide expert care with a focus on complex hematologic conditions. My work is driven by a deep commitment to innovation, collaboration, and improving patient outcomes.
