You and I will work together to create a mental health treatment plan that includes: lab testing, genetic testing, medication management, supplement recommendations, diet, exercise and mindfulness recommendations. I also provide pain interventions like cupping, myofascial release and trigger point injections. First visit is one hour with half an hour follow up visits. Free fifteen minute check ins weekly.
