  • Animal Surgeon, Research Assistant/CoordinatorDesigned, implemented, and iterated upon surgical techniques to stimulate the nucleus basalis in live mice to explore cortical acetylcholine cycling and implications for deep brain stimulation to augment cognition. I used two-photon microscopy to quantify fluorescent response in live cortex.2022 - 2023
