Following medical school, Dr. Kwiecien completed a four-year residency program in Anesthesiology and Perioperative Medicine at the University of California, Los Angeles. During his senior year of residency, he practiced anesthesiology and interventional pain management at Zhejiang University Hospital in Hangzhou, China. Dr. Kwiecien was then afforded the opportunity to complete his Multidisciplinary Pain Medicine fellowship training at the Cleveland Clinic in Cleveland, Ohio, while training under international academic leaders in the field of pain management. Dr. Kwiecien was born and raised in Michigan. He has a passion for advancing accessibility to pain management resources in Michigan, which led him to pursue private practice in 2023. His primary goal is to appropriately identify potential pain generators through clinical history, physical examination, and diagnostic imaging studies. Dr. Kwiecien will then create individualized and targeted interventional treatment plans to address patient-specific pathology and chronic pain states.
