Summary

• My career to date focuses around being a cancer physician, a perfect fit as I thrive in chaos. I am focused on results for my patients, thoughtful, deliberate, cautious, altruistic and some might say overachieving; though my brothers might not.
  
  My primary leadership style is a hypothetical analyzer. This is illustrated through my ability to analyze, focus on the most salient issues, setting goals, delegating authority and distributing responsibility for care. My approach relies on reason, logic and deliberateness. My secondary leadership style is that of a Relational Innovator. My thought process is agile, concept focused, and divertable based on new information. I often integrate multiple, varying ideas regardless of how unconventional their combination initially appears.
  
  Right now I am considering different avenues for my combinations of educational experiences. I have an MBA from University of North Carolina and a Masters in Health Science - Clinical Research from Duke University. I am looking actively for leadership opportunities to make a difference in patient's lives.
