Summary

Dr. Frazier is a partner in a private practice, PremierOrthopedics, P.A. as a general orthopedic surgeon with a focus in general orthopedics, sports medicine, hand surgery and arthroscopy. Along with operating, he serves regularly in an expert witness capacity and performs medico-legal evaluations. Dr. Frazier continues to mentor local youth and budding physicians. He earned his medical degree from the University of Virginia School of Medicine in 2009 and holds both a B.S. and an M.S. from Hampton University where he was a three-year starter at Quarterback and Academic All-American. Since 2018, he has been practicing at Premier Orthopedics PA. Dr. Frazier has conducted research on various topics in orthopedics and has received several military honors while serving in the Navy, including the Navy/Marine Corps Achievement Medal and the Afghanistan Campaign Medal. He currently resides in Ellicott City, MD with his wonderful wife Lara.
