He served as Chief of Plastic Surgery at USAF Wright-Patterson in Dayton, Ohio until 2003. Dr. Connall has served as president of the Oregon Society of Plastic Surgeons, has been a consultant to the Oregon Health Licensing Authority and the Oregon Attorney General’s office. He has been a principal investigator in multiple drug trials for Excaliard Pharmaceuticals and Pfizer. He has participated in multiple breast implant studies.
