  • Dr. Thomas Roesel is retired from clinical practice after nearly 20 years as a civilian physician on staff with the U.S. Army at Walter Reed and Ft. Belvoir. He was an assistant professor of military medicine at the Uniformed Services University in Bethesda Maryland for 11 years. He remains a Fellow of the American College of Physicians as well as an associate member of the American Academy of Neurology. In addition to internal medicine, he has clinical expertise in hematology, travel medicine, mild traumatic brain injury, and clinical pharmacology. He is director of CERVOE.org that is dedicated to support clinical trials to benefit active duty military service members, who have unusual medical risks and illnesses in course of duty when deployed. He received his undergraduate and medical degree from Northwestern University. His PhD is from the University of Texas in Biomedical Sciences with emphasis in immunology. Dr. Roesel has 7 publications and 28 citings. He is a Gulf War veteran.
