• Thomas Kidwell, MD, is an ophthalmologist based in Rancho Cordova, CA. He completed his residency in ophthalmology at the University of California Davis Health from 1980 to 1983 and graduated from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School in 1979. He also completed a transitional year internship at Baylor University Medical Center from 1979 to 1980. Dr. Kidwell served as an ophthalmologist and Assistant Physician in Chief for Surgical Services at Kaiser Permanente Northern Colorado from 1983 to 2014.
