Summary
- I have been in practice for >25 years in family practice and have served all ages, but have focused on adult care over the last 15 years with VA patients with multiple and complicated physical and mental health issues. I have worked with multi-disciplinary teams most of my career and have supervised residents, PA's and NP's. I have also overseen all the nursing home care needs of mine and Community Care patients. Currently working on developing our Mission PACT teams for Community Care to handle the needs of national veterans coming in and out of the SLC VA.
