Teresa Jacobs, MD is a sleep specialist based in Bellevue, WA. Her education includes a residency in Internal Medicine at Michael Reese Hospital and Medical Center, a fellowship in Pulmonary Disease and Critical Care Medicine at UMass Chan Medical School, and she is an alumna of Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. After 17 years as Medical Director of Creekside Sleep Medicine Center, Dr. Jacobs now serves as the Medical Director of Sleep Medicine Solutions NW.
