Continuously seeking Disseminate innovation throughout the world, worked in Africa practicing both pediatric and adult surgical oncology among high volume centers and underserved populations. Currently conducting a Pediatric Surgical Oncology Fellowship at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, One of the largest non-profit organizations in USA and one of the 54 National Cancer Institute (NCI)-Designated Comprehensive Cancer Centers. My driving force is fostering excellency through minimally invasive surgery and continuous improvement by acting as a change agent through collaborative synergy between surgical and research teams translating new knowledge into better prevention and treatment strategies. Cherish impactful comprehensive case handled at high volume centers in Africa. Developed a strong learning agility, shared knowledge across disciplines to enhance patients’ experience. Always seek institutional collaboration in addressing challenges through instant communication with cross functional teams and empowering leadership through multidisciplinary management meetings exercising a lean mindset with the extended teams in both communication and technical learnings.
