• Dr. Tandy Freeman is an orthopedic surgeon in Dallas, TX. He received his medical degree from University of Texas Southwestern Medical School, trained in general surgery at the University of Utah, did his residency in orthopedic surgery at UT Southwestern, and completed a fellowship in orthopedic sports medicine at the American Sports Medicine Institute in Birmingham, AL.
