Summary
- I am the Interim Medical Director at Bowdoin Street Health Center, a community health center in Dorchester MA that is licensed by BIDMC. In addition to maintaining clinical quality and supervising providers, I run our Patient Centered Medical Home team and our Quality Committee, provide clinical teaching to staff, and participate in cross-institutional research collaboratives as well as hospital committees on Health Equity and EMR usability. I supervise Internal Medicine BIDMC residents at our clinic. I am semi-fluent in Portuguese Creole and Spanish. I am passionate about providing access to high quality and compassionate care for vulnerable populations and providing access to impactful research opportunities for our patients.
