• My Passion is to help Children, Preteen/Tweens, Teenagers, and Young Adults and their Parents to enjoy the transition into adulthood. I Provide Psychiatric evaluation and Medication Management for a variety of Mental Health conditions. I am deeply committed to the well-being of my patients. I take a thorough and comprehensive approach in my Consultations to ensure that my Patients are consistently given Accurate Diagnosis and conduct my appointments with personalized care and attention. My treatment includes Nutritional guidance, Sleep hygiene, Mindfulness and Coping Skills. I am Fluent in Spanish, Punjabi and Urdu.
  Child/Adolescent Psychiatric Evaluation/Medication Management for ADHD, Anxiety, Anger Issues, Autism, BiPolar, Depression, Developmental Disorders, Eating Disorders, OCD and Trauma. Adult Psychiatric Evaluation/Medication Management for Anxiety, Depression, Eating Disorders, PreMenstrual, PostPartum, Post Menopausal symptoms, Lactation, and Trauma/PTSD.
  My approach is to provide Respect and Validation for my patient's emotional health and to create a friendly relationship where they feel Safe, Welcomed, and can Express selves freely. I work closely with their Pediatrician, Therapist, School and Parents to build a Cohesive and Comprehensive treatment Plan.
