Summary

• I graduated with honors with my BSN from Kennesaw State University in 2008. During my first two years as an RN, I worked in medical oncology. For the last eight years, I have worked in the mental health field. First with dually diagnosed clients on a crisis stabilization and detox unit, then as an admissions nurse for the same unit. I have additionally worked as an Assertive Community Treatment Team RN, helping clients with severe and persistent mental illness function better within their communities. I most recently worked as an RN in a psychiatric evaluation area and as an inpatient psychiatric float nurse.
  I am looking forward to receiving an excellent education and furthering my practice by becoming a PMHNP-APRN through the Maryville University online program.
