Summary

• I am the associate director of experiential education and professor in the department of pharmacy practice at Midwestern University College of Pharmacy in Downers Grove, Illinois. I am the chapter co-advisor for the American Pharmacists Association Academy of Student Pharmacists.
  
  I am also a clinical pharmacist and certified diabetes care and education specialist with the Bolingbrook Christian Health Center, where I train, educate, and supervise students from the colleges of medicine, pharmacy, and health sciences, as they provide medication therapy management and diabetes care and education for underserved populations.
  
  I also serve as a key opinion leader in the field of diabetes. I have been an invited speaker for over 300 presentations, worldwide, as well as a published author and editor.
