Summary

  • Board certified since 1997/1998 in both general adult psychiatry and forensic psychiatry and in private practice in Denver, Colorado from 1996 to the present time.

I conduct evaluations of individuals involved in a variety of civil and criminal legal processes at the request of federal and state judges, attorneys, insurance companies, employee assistance programs and the like and have testified as an expert witness in both Federal Court and various other courts in Colorado and Montana.

Since June 2018 I have been working as a tele-psychiatrist providing medication treatment for individuals detained in a jail in Indiana.

In July 2018, I closed the portion of my private practice that focused on providing medication management and individual psychotherapy for adult patients in Denver.

Over the years I have provided psychiatric care in a correctional setting, community mental health centers, and a psychiatric hospital. I also provided psychiatric consultations in a general hospital.
