- As the Director of Pediatric and Adult Congenital Electrophysiology at the Children’s Hospital of Illinois (CHOI), I lead a team of highly skilled and compassionate professionals who provide the best care for patients with heart rhythm disorders. I have over 10 years of experience in performing complex ablation procedures on patients of all ages, using cutting-edge technology and minimizing radiation exposure. I hold quadruple board certification, including certifications in Electrophysiology and Adult Congenital Heart Disease, demonstrating my commitment to excellence and lifelong learning.
I am also an Associate Professor at The University of Illinois in Chicago, College of Medicine in Peoria and an honorary Associate Professor with the Mayo Clinic School of Medicine. I am passionate about teaching and mentoring the next generation of electrophysiologists and cardiologists, as well as conducting clinical research that advances the field. I have published over 50 peer-reviewed papers, book chapters, and abstracts, and received multiple awards and honors for my academic achievements. I am also an active member of several professional societies and committees, contributing to the advancement of knowledge and practice in electrophysiology and cardiology.
