  Dr. Sundeep Viswanathan prides himself on efficient, evidence-based and compassionate cardiac care. He received his cardiovascular training at The University of Texas Southwestern Medical School, Washington University at St. Louis/Barnes Jewish Hospital and Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles. He is board certified in both internal medicine, echocardiography, nuclear cardiology, cardiac CT, and Vascular ultrasound.
  
  Dr. Viswanathan was both a resident and hospitalist at Washington University at St. Louis/Barnes Jewish Hospital, one of U.S. News and World Report’s top 10 internal medicine training programs. He then relocated to Los Angeles to complete his cardiology fellowship at Cedars Sinai Medical Center, a large volume tertiary hospital ranked in the top ten nationally for cardiac care. He has published numerous book chapters as well as papers and abstracts.
  
  In his free time Dr. Viswanathan is enjoying married life with his new wife, Emily. He enjoys travelling, hiking, camping, and running.
