Summary
- Dr. Batth completed his residency training as Chief Resident in radiation oncology at the University of Southern California and Los Angeles County Medical Center. He earned his medical degree from the University of California, Davis, where he was elected to the Alpha Omega Alpha honor society. He received his Master of Science in Bioengineering and Bachelor of Sciences in Biological Sciences with University Honors and Distinction at Stanford University.
His research in head and neck, central nervous system, and prostate cancers has been published in major scientific journals and presented at international conferences. He is the recipient of the RSNA Roentgen Research Award, and is co-recipient of the David C. Leach Award by the ACGME. He is a member of the American Society for Radiation Oncology (ASTRO), American College of Radiation Oncology (ACRO), and the American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO). He serves as an ASTRO State Captain and on the Government Relations Subcommittee to promote the practice of radiation oncology.
Dr. Batth is originally from the Fresno area and is dedicated to serving our patients here in the Central Valley. He is fluent in Spanish and Punjabi.
