• With nearly 25 years of experience in Internal Medicine, Dr. Sudesh Banaji has dedicated his career to providing high-quality healthcare to rural communities in Forrest City and Earle, Arkansas. Since founding Internal Medicine of Forrest City in 2005, he has focused on chronic care management, preventive care, and wellness exams. Dr. Banaji also serves as the Medical Director of the Earle Family Medical Clinic and is a committed advocate for value-based care models, including Patient-Centered Medical Homes, Primary Care First, and CPC-Plus.
  
  Dr. Banaji completed his MBBS at JJM Medical College, University of Mysore, before training in anesthesiology at PGIMER in India. He continued his medical journey in the U.S., completing a residency in Internal Medicine at East Tennessee State University.
  
  Outside of his medical practice, Dr. Banaji is involved in community service, supporting the Indian Cultural Center and Temple, and regularly contributing to causes such as St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. When not caring for patients, he enjoys family time, golf, and traveling.
