- I transitioned to the field of fee only financial planning between 2003 and 2008 and am the CEO of Wealth Care LLC. I still practice medicine part time as a Pulmonary physician in private practice and as a Critical Care Physician in the US Air Force Reserve, where I serve as a Flight Surgeon and Critical Care Air Transport Physician.
