Dr. Perez has a dedication to understanding all aspects of patient care and service. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing before completing his Post-baccalaureate Pre-med degree, both from San Jose State University, in California. Dr. Perez went on to earn his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree at Midwestern University, Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine, in Glendale, Arizona. He completed his Family Medicine residency at St. Joseph’s Hospital and Medical Center, in Phoenix, and his Geriatric fellowship at the University of Arizona College of Medicine, in Sun City, Arizona. His comprehensive training and education makes him especially qualified to provide high-quality care for patients.
