Summary

• My expertise lies in chronic disease management for people suffering from multiple medical comorbidities. We are very assertive about keeping our patients out of both the hospital and the emergency department, whenever possible. I believe in offering the proper test at the proper time in the proper setting. My housecall medicalpractice is unique in our healthcare delivery model which allows us to maintain incredibly low overhead costs with judicious use of technology. While this practice model is not scalable, many aspects of it will translate well to an innovative large practice. I am passionate about patient privacy and autonomy, and I try to foster partnerships in order to increase patient success and satisfaction.
