- Healthcare executive with wide-ranging experience in a fully at-risk model and physician group practice. Began my career as a board certified family physician practicing inpatient and outpatient medicine, in the employed and private practice setting. Developed my organizational skills as a utilization management physician, medical director of quality, utilization and case management. During this time I was also heavily involved in the management and strategy of the employed multi-specialty group practice. I subsequently moved into health plan operations and eventually took on the role of Chief Executive of a 105,000 member mixed-model integrated health plan.
