- I am double boarded in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics and have practiced Emergency Medicine for the last 15 years. I have worked in mostly 9 to 12,000 volume ERs doing mostly single provider coverage doing 24 hour shifts. I am looking to do the same but would also consider 12 hour shifts.
