- I am Director of Neurocritical Care and Emergency Neurology Services for Westchester Medical Center Health System and Professor of Neurology and Neurosurgery at New York Medical College. I earned his medical degree from Cornell University Medical College in New York City, and has previously served as Professor at Columbia University College of Physicians & Surgeons, the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, and Wayne State School of Medicine in Detroit, Michigan. My interests include the emergency and critical care management of stroke, status epilepticus, cardiac arrest and traumatic brain injury. I am also an editor of Merritt's Textbook of Neurology, considered a classic in the field.
