- Dr. Stacie Levine is Professor and Chief of Geriatrics and Palliative Medicine at University of Chicago Medical Center. She received her medical degree from Rush Medical College, completed internal medicine residency and clinical geriatrics fellowship at Mount Sinai Medical Center NY, NY, followed by advanced geriatrics research fellowship at University of Chicago. Dr. Levine has been practicing in geriatrics and palliative medicine for 20 years. She is a national leader in workforce development and is co-principal investigator on a multi-institutional project aimed at interdisciplinary training in hospice and palliative medicine (www.colemanpalliative.org). Dr. Levine is senior mentor on a Health Research Services Administration federal award for the Geriatric Workforce Enhancement Program at University of Chicago.
