Dr. Sophie Deng is a professor, Joan and Jerome Snyder Chair in Cornea Diseases at the Stein Eye Institute, Department of Ophthalmology, University of California, Los Angeles. She received her medical degree from University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry and has been in practice 16 years. She also speaks multiple languages, including Chinese (Cantonese) and Chinese (Mandarin). She specializes in anterior segment related, cataract related, and cornea & external disease and is experienced in cataract surgery, cornea / external disease, cataract and anterior segment, DMEK, DSEK, DALK, limbal stem cell transplantation.
