• I’m Dr. Sofie Morgan, an emergency medicine physician, physician executive, and leadership coach. I help physicians, healthcare leaders, and organizations enhance communication and impact, reduce burnout, and thrive.
  
  As founder of Eloquent Doc, I combine clinical experience with leadership coaching to empower healthcare professionals to lead with confidence, communicate clearly, and navigate career transitions. I also serve as Associate Chief Quality Officer for Patient Experience and Associate Chief Medical Officer at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, leading efforts to improve the human experience and organizational culture.
  
  My research on emergency department utilization has been published in Academic Emergency Medicine, JAMA, and The American Journal of Emergency Medicine.
