Overview of Dr. Mantha

I am a clinical hematologist with special interests in cancer-associated disorders of hemostasis, genomics, big data and machine learning. My recent work includes an assessment of cancer-specific genetic alterations modulating the risk of thromboembolism, and application of this knowledge to predict clinical events using random survival forests. In the last year I have also developed CEDARS, a simple and efficient pipeline for electronic health record annotation.
