Summary
- An individual's opportunities in life should not be dictated by the circumstances they were born into. I am a pediatrician with a focus in global health & development. My experience working in limited resource settings includes medical education, public health, disaster relief, HIV, neonatology, pediatric oncology, and pediatric critical care medicine. My research focus is in child pneumonia, clinical prediction tools, and novel devices for use in low resource settings. I have authored policy for the American Medical Association and provided technical assistance to the Ministries of Health of Malawi and Rwanda.
