Summary

• Dr. Baysa is employed by Pediatric Specialists of America (PSA), the physician-led multispecialty group practice of Miami Children’s Health System. She is a pediatric cardiologist and electrophysiologist with The Heart Program at Nicklaus Children’s Hospital. Dr. Baysa earned her medical degree from the University of Texas School of Medicine at San Antonio. She completed her pediatric residency at the University of Texas Southwestern/Children’s Medical Center in Dallas. Dr. Baysa then pursued a fellowship in pediatric cardiology and advanced training in pediatric electrophysiology at Nicklaus Children’s Hospital. Her clinical interests include arrhythmias, cardiac channelopathies, sudden cardiac death, congenital heart disease, catheter ablation, pacemakers and implantable defibrillators.
  
  Dr. Baysa is board certified in both general pediatrics and pediatric cardiology. She is a member of the American Heart Association, Heart Rhythm Society and the Pediatric and Congenital Electrophysiology Society. Her work has been published in peer-reviewed journals and she has presented at national conferences.
