- Dr. Sheetal Patel is a board certified general surgeon and a fellowship trained minimally invasive and bariatric surgeon. Dr. Patel performs a wide range of general surgical procedures using laparoscopic (minimally invasive) techniques. She uses the Da Vinci Robotic System to perform robotic weight loss procedures, foregut surgery such as hiatal and paraesophageal hernias.
Dr. Patel endeavors to provide her patients with understanding and support throughout the entire surgical process. The decision to have surgery is an important and difficult one.
