- I am an Interventional Pain Management physician. I am Board Certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, and Pain Medicine, and I am Fellowship Trained in Interventional Pain Management. The majority of my practice is devoted to diagnosing and treating pain by performing minimally invasive procedures such as joint and soft tissue steroid injections, epidural steroid injections, trigger point injections, botox injections for migraines, medial branch and joint blocks, radiofrequency ablations, MILD, and spinal cord/DRG stimulator trials.
